Who we are.

HANSNOAMESI Foundation LBG is a service organisation incorporated as a Company Limited by Guarantee under Ghana's Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992). We exist to support social intervention programmes that uplift the vulnerable in society.

We work to bring meaningful, sustained change to the communities and individuals who need it most — guided by our motto, selfless service to humanity.

ii. Vision

A community where no one is left behind.

Widows supported. Orphans seen. Farmers equipped. Students backed. Clean water in every village. The Foundation's reach grows where the need is greatest.

iii. Governance

Accountable. Audited. Apolitical.

Governed by an Executive Council, audited annually by external auditors, and constitutionally bound to political neutrality — every cedi is tracked, every decision documented.

What we do.

Five focus areas, set out in our founding constitution — chosen because they sit at the intersection of greatest need and most enduring impact.

Widows & Orphans

Direct support for widows and orphaned children — material relief, school placement, and the long-term presence that keeps families together.

The Less Privileged

Outreach to the most vulnerable in society — hospital visits, food and supplies for those in need, and standing with those society has overlooked.

Farmers Without Tools

Basic farming tools, inputs, and partnership for smallholder farmers — so the people who feed our communities can feed their own households first.

Brilliant but Needy Students

Scholarships, fees, books and mentorship for students with the ability but not the means — keeping promising minds in the classroom.

Potable Water for Villages

Boreholes and clean-water infrastructure for the remotest villages — because dignity begins with what comes out of the tap.

Founded on a simple oath.

HANSNOAMESI Foundation LBG was formally incorporated on 23 April 2026 as a Company Limited by Guarantee — registered under Ghana's Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), and headquartered at Awuatime-Ho, on Determination Street in the Volta Region.

The Foundation was established by its founding directors — Hanson Kwamla Bosso, Thelma Asikor Bosso, and Enoch Kwame Mawutor Noamesi — around a single conviction set out in our motto: selfless service to humanity.

Our logo — a globe carrying a cross beneath a dove — was chosen to signal what guides our work: a commitment to outreach that crosses borders, communities, and circumstances, in service of those society overlooks.
